Julia's insights have been featured in TIME, Counseling Today, and Psych Central.

Sabrina Tropper, LMHC, LPC, is a licensed therapist and founder of Counseling Works NYC. Her approach is holistic and trauma-informed, she has extensive training in EMDR and specializes in trauma, anxiety, burnout, and ADHD. Raised in Montréal, Canada, she also has a background playing music and continues to enjoy the arts and music in her free time.
